Event Information and Contract Terms
To secure the date for your event, a non-refundable security deposit $500.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) of your event will be required with your signed contract. Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Payment may be made via check, cash, or credit card. Major credit cards will include a 3% processing fee.
We are proud to provide you with exceptional professional service. Our staff will provide you and your guest with impeccable service and attention to every detail. Many variables are considered when determining the staffing level needs, such as the length of the event, setup time, complexity of your menu, required services, number of guests, sit-down dinner versus buffet, and stations.
A travel fee may be applied for events over 50 miles.
An 18% gratuity is included in all of our catering contracts to cover the management and labor costs associated with the event. Any additional consideration may be provided at your discretion.
We are happy to provide you with a complimentary tasting for up to six individuals.
